Haiban is located near Ebon Pass. It is the home of the Western Coalition, and the main base of operations for both the Mercenaries and the Artisans. It is mostly built of marble, and there is a strong military presence. Much of it is upscale, as more traders spend their time there than mercenaries, although the area near the barracks tends to show more of the mercenary personality. It has a lively bazaar, where many goods are traded.
