Wagonmaster

Wagonmaster is an ability used by the Artisans of the Western Coalition.

"We'll teach you some tips and tricks to getting that heavily-laden wagon moving as efficiently as possible."

Heavily-laden wagons (that take 5 or more seconds to travel) will move 1 second faster. You will also have access to the permanent wagons in Haiban.
