Mindsense is an ability available to the Mummers.
With increased honing of mental awareness and telepathic technique, a mummer can sense the presence of other minds in the immediate area and linked to the ESP network.
Detects the presence (but not identity) of otherwise hidden beings in the area, as well as the presence of individuals connected to the ESP network. Also gives a passive chance to detect the arrival or departure of otherwise hidden individuals moving into/out of the immediate area (but does not identify them).
