Word of Tranquility is an ability learned by the Mummers.
A word has been discovered that is a universal representation of the emotions of calm and tranquility. Those affected by it will find themselves lost in a state of peace and serenity, and may even fall asleep.
Cause a target to become calm (non-hostile) or to fall asleep. Also breaks combat engagement.
Usage: cast tranquility or cast 1004 [target]
