Four towns exist in the game.  These are [[Shadgard]], [[Mistral Lake]], [[Valeria]], and [[Corvus]]; with only [[Shadgard]] and [[Mistral Lake]] available as starting points.  Each has its own charms and drawbacks.  There are a number of smaller hamlets and other areas of interest, including the [[Tse Gaiyan]] Chapterhouse and the [[Western Coalition]] Headquarters.  A map bought at the local general store will assist the traveller in locating most of these.
