Tactics: Dirty Fighting

Not having qualms about 'fighting dirty' can give one a real edge in combat. Dirty tricks are sneaky, underhanded, and often considered 'unfair' in combat, but for those who aren't hung up on some notion of honorable combat, they can really turn the odds in one's favor.

When brawling or using light weapons (2 pounds or less, no more than 3 pounds combined weight in both hands), passive chance to perform known Dirty Tricks when attacking. Grants the Footstomp ability.
