Options
There are a variety of options that are meant to enhance and customize the playing experience of Clok. You may toggle these on and off by typing option # in game. Simply typing option(s) will provide you with this list.
1. Linebreaks: When toggled on, you will see extra linebreaks between actions.
2. RoomDesc: When toggled on, you will see detailed room descriptions.
3. RoomCond: When toggled on, you will receive info on visual and audible room conditions.
4. RoomEnv: When toggled on, you will see room environment indicators by the room title.
5. IgnoreChat: When toggled on, you will no longer see off-topic CHAT messages.
6. Energy: When toggled on, you will see energy gains and drains.
7. Prompt: When toggled on, you will see a status prompt.
8. Queue: When toggled on, you will be able to queue a single command during roundtime.
9. MailNotify: When toggled on, you will receive an email notification when your character receives in-game mail.
10. LangFilter: When toggled on, some vulgar words will be filtered and the replacement word placed in [brackets].
11. CombatBrief: When toggled on, linebreaks and extra flavor messaging will be removed from combat to condense output.
12. MeleeBrief: When toggled on, melee combat messaging will be extremely brief and condensed.
13. Compass: When toggled on, a small "compass" will be displayed when traveling in the wilderness.
14. ANSIcolor: When toggled on, ANSI colors will be applied to game text.
15. ShowExits: When toggled on, obvious exits and paths will be displayed when looking.
16. IgnoreIRC: When toggled on, you will ignore OOC chat from the #clokchat IRC channel.
17. Questions: When toggled on, you will see and be able to use the Questions channel.
18. MoveBrief: When toggled on, you will not see room description when moving, but will still see them when manually looking.
19. CombatRolls: When toggled on, you will see roll numbers in combat such as Melee versus Dodge, Block, and Parry.
20. IgnoreTells: When toggled on, you will not receive tells from other player characters.
21. LoginNotify: When toggled on, you will see a message when other characters log in.
22. LogoutNotify: When toggled on, you will see a message when other characters log out.
23. AutoPulse: When toggled on, you will automatically pulse your ESP ID color on login, alerting others to your presence ICly.
24. Alphabetize: When toggled on, lists displayed in columns will be alphabetized top-to-bottom and then across.
25. RPHardcore: When toggled on, you will be removed from most of the game's OOC features. (1 hour cooldown between toggles)
26. HideTitles: When toggled on, you will not see people's titles in chat or question.
