Hydro Nova

Hydro Nova is the result of combining hydromancy with the Nova Pattern used by Elemancers.

Hydro Nova causes a scouring water expand outward from the caster, striking any not in the caster's group and causing them to get knocked down, drenched, and stinging their eyes, partially blinding them.

Usage: While actively channeling hydromancy, channel nova
