A bar cutter is used by blacksmiths to decrease the size and weight of a bar of metal. This may be desired because less material is needed to craft a particular item.
Bar cutters are not portable and can be found in or near most workyards. They cut a bar of metal in half. Bars cannot be cut smaller than 1 pound in weight.
