Minor Beacon is an ability learned by the Knights Templar.
(Not to be confused with Minor Bacon, a popular garnishment spell of the Culinary Guild)
Minor Beacon is an active spell, causing a bright flash of light to flare out from the caster and cause roundtime to all non-grouped characters in the area who do not resist. In addition, hostile NPCs will focus on the Templar for a short duration.
