Eavesdropping is an ability used by Utasa.

With this ability, you'll be able to manipulate the sound waves from an adjacent area in such a way that you'll be able to listen in on conversations with nobody the wiser. Moving will cancel the effect.

This spell lets you hear what people say in the targeted direction. Will not work through closed doors.
