Armor Versatility

Armor Versatility is an ability that can be learned by characters.

• IC description: As experts in defense, Guardians understand that versatility is key. After learning how to best utilize heavy-class armor, further study of armor types and training of defensive form leads to the ability to prioritize the most protective parts of medium- or light-class armors which may be more ideal choices than heavy in certain circumstances.
• OOC description: (While using the Guardian combat tactics and at zero or higher balance, 40% chance to reduce damage by 40% to hit locations covered by medium- or light-class armor.)
