Cheapshot

Cheapshot is an ability that can be learned by characters.

• IC description: Keep an eye out for when an enemy becomes especially thrown off and hit them with an opportune cheapshot. Even if it's a desperate quick attack of your own, it can be worth it.
• OOC description: (When your current target is significantly thrown off, such as by a stagger, surprise, fear, or knockdown, you will be prompted to make a cheapshot. Doing so while not in roundtime will grant a 15% damage increase and +2 offense rerolls. Doing so while in roundtime will incur a 50% damage penalty, +100% energy cost, -5 balance, lack of body part aim, and 2 seconds of roundtime.)
• Usage: When prompted, use the cheapshot (or cs command).
