• OOC description: (An attack that causes balance loss in the target and a chance to stagger the target. Causes balance loss even when blocked or parried.)
• Usage: sblow
• Minimum Balance required: -999
• Cooldown timer: 7
• Offense rerolls: 1
• Prerequisite Abilities:
  • Class Specialization: Dreadnought -OR- Class Specialization: Berserker
