Metabolic Englaciation

Metabolic Englaciation is an ability used by sorcerers of Rook Parlour.

A sorcerer will often find himself in a situation when a test subject is needed, and willing test subjects can be hard to find. This spell, known as Metabolic Englaciation, employs a surge of extreme cold within the target's body not to harm the target, but to reduce their body's functionality to such a state that the body shuts down and enters a state of cold-induced hibernation. The subject can then be utilized for further rituals and experiments with minimal resistance.

Causes a small amount of cold damage and attempts to put the target to sleep.
