Fletching Focus is just what it sounds - a focus on crafting arrows for use by oneself and others. Individuals who focus on fletching will find the woodworking abilities in general increased, as well as find themselves with higher quality arrows more often.
OOC: Passive 10% bonus to woodworking rolls, with an additional 5% for fletching. Also increases the chances to make masterwork arrows.
