Choke is an ability used by the Claw of Shar.
This is a simple but effective choke technique, often frowned upon by people with delusions of "civilized" or "honorable" combat. It requires speed and subtlety to catch your opponent unawares.
The ability to actively choke an enemy, and a passive chance to choke an enemy after barehanded strikes.
