Bear Claw is an ability used by the Dwaedn Wyr.
A Dwaedn warrior can call on the assistance of the Great Bear Spirit, merging its spirit with the warrior's own for a brief moment to deliver a powerful strike with giant bear-claws. The strike will do both crush and rake damage, and can be used with both hands if both are free.
