Victory Rush is an ability used by the Dwaedn Wyr.
Nothing pleases a Dwaedn warrior more than overpowering an opponent in combat. When the warrior's foe is knocked to the ground or outright defeated by the warrior's hand, the warrior receives a heady victory rush, reinvigorating him and simultaneously demoralizing any allies of the disabled or defeated foe.
Victory Rush is a passive ability, granting the warrior +5 energy and a 30-second +35/+30% Melee buff whenever he knocks down or deals the finishing blow to an opponent. In addition, any members of the knocked-down/defeated target's group or, in the case of NPCs, any members of the target's core faction, will receive a 30-second -35/-25% Melee penalty.
