Apprentice Wavebending is an ability used by Utasa of Tse Gaiyan.
Utasa utilize Wavebending to manipulate both soundwaves and lightwaves. With this basic training, an agent will only be able to cause a bit of local distortion, though this can actually be quite useful when an agent is in danger, throwing off an opponent's attack. It can also be used in a concentrated cast to cause a loud burst of sound and a bright flash of light, which may disorient a target.
Provides the first rank of wavebending, allowing for its use as Distortion and Flashbang.
Usage: bend (to begin channeling wavebending)
