Hydromancy is the ability to channel and manipulate the raw element of water. It is generally only learned by students of the University of Elemancy.
Use the hydromancy command to begin channeling, and cast to cast it raw at a target.
You cannot train hydromancy without first learning the basics. You can learn these basics with the Hydromancy: Apprentice ability.
