Merchant's Eye is an ability used by the Traders of the Western Coalition.
Experienced traders know how to keep a watchful eye on their wares and pockets. This training offers Coalition members some professional pointers on avoiding and spotting pickpockets.
This ability provides a significant boost to the chance to spot a pickpocket as well as a boost to the Perception skill.
