Urban Stealth is an ability used by members of the Utasa.
A passive bonus to all stealth actions in urban environments. Attempting to hide in urban environments will never outright fail unless it is impossible to hide there, and both the minimum and maximum stealth roll values for all stealth actions in urban areas will receive a boost. In addition, sneaking in urban areas will only take 2 seconds instead of 3.
Prerequisites
- Stealth 10
