Through extensive training and practice of unarmored [[combat]], Utasa develop the ability to dodge at the last minute when about to take a strike to vital areas.

With this training, when you aren't wearing any armor you'll be able to split your attention and desperately avoid any serious damage to vital areas, allowing you to fight longer even when you get hit.
  
OOC: Although you will still take the hit, the damage will be reduced by a half. Success is determined in part by dodge and perception, against your attacker's melee skill or marksmanship skill, whichever is higher.  You must be unarmored, with the exception of boots and/or a dueling cape.

Mitigate is an ability used by members of the Utasa.
