Carpentry is a profession that uses planks, beams, and nails to create things from wood. Right now it is rather limited, but players can create mine supports, and some pieces of furniture.
In order to be a carpenter, you will need a handsaw, a hammer, some flitches, and some nails. You can saw the flitches into boards and then build with them.
Mine supports can reduce the damage done to personal mines. They will deteriorate instead of the room, so they will need to be replaced occasionally.
Carpenters are the only way of obtaining an armor rack or a weapon rack. They are also the only of obtaining casks.
