Signal is a great command, but what happens when you're BOTH hiding and invisible to each other? Foolishness, that's what.
Sometimes, when adventuring with someone, you're both hiding, and you can't tell if the other person is sitting or tired or what. So you use your words, but I could do with a few fewer exchanges of "I'm sitting now. I'm standing now." Or you have to both unhide, then one hides, signals the other, other hides, signals the first... I imagine it's far far sillier when there's a horde of more than two people.
I want "signal all" to exist as a:
You wave your hands, stopping after you've drawn everyone's attention.
Or something like that.
This ensures everyone in the room (friend or foe) sees your current state, but you'll still be 'hidden' for *newcomers* to the room after that, or when the group moves on to the next room.
"signal all"
Re: "signal all"
A man walking through stops to glare at Ceridwenn and says, "Hey, lady! Pack your things, I'm kickin' you outta town for the crime of putting your filthy boots up on the table like a heathen!" Someone from a nearby table then laughs, "Jord, stop being a jackwagon, they'd never let you wear a militia badge!" The first man then snickers and ambles, rather drunkenly it appears, to join his friend at the other table.
Re: "signal all"
Per the changelog: The SIGNAL ALL command can now be used to reveal one's hiding spot to everyone else in the same location.
