What if the ability allowed one to attach things to a back-worn container - Backpacks, packs, rucksacks, et cetera. Think of the backpacking backpacks people use now a days with bedrolls and sleeping bags slung underneath. Blankets, bedrolls, et cetera. I suppose, functionally, it wouldn't matter if it was inside the bag or on the outside, though, which brings up my next question.
Does the ability reduce the OVERALL weight of a worn container with items in it by 10%, or just the weight of the base container itself?

Several others begin to emerge from various points in the foliage around you, causing you to realize you have been surrounded. The first wolf stares at Vighon for many long moments, unmoving and unblinking, as the surrounding wolves remain still. Then the first wolf stands, turns, and heads back into the redwood grove. The surrounding wolves disappear back into the surroundings.
