Skills (Level) & Abilities (Learned)

Currently when you ask a trainer about what they teach, they list what they can currently offer in terms of skills, and abilities.

A small QoL thing might be the following;
Next to skills they offer to train, list in brackets the character's current skill in that skill, and if already training/practice left.
Next to abilities they offer to train, list in brackets if it is already learned, and how many ranks have been learned.

IE;
Armor Use (Current: 1125 - 1.933)
Hafted (Current: 101 - 0)
Melee Combat Proficiency (Learned 1 of 3)
Stability (Learned)
