Shelved characters and The Shelf

Shelved characters can no longer log into the IC game world, but they CAN still log in to a special OOC room called The Shelf. This is so their players can look over their shelved characters' inventory and stats and whatnot if they want to, and interact with others who might also happen to be in the OOC area. There might even be a way to escape The Shelf and get to the OOC Lounge and connected OOC battlegrounds to have a little OOC mayhem fun! For any mischievous characters who do escape The Shelf, know that the next time that character logs in they'll be back up on The Shelf again.
