Tse Gaiyan increases watchfulness; posts patrolling archers

Due to recent reports of infested activity within Shadgard, Tse Gaiyan has increased their watchfulness over Redrock Canyon. Not content to wait for shouts at the gate, archers are now patrolling the entire length of the upper canyon, ready to fire down on any hostiles below who dare to intrude.
The lore compels me!

It is good to see the town becoming so well-defended.
