Updated the text for the Mistral Lake topic description here on the BBS, because the "decidedly neutral" bit seemed to be giving inaccurate impressions, and really, what did it mean exactly anyway?

It meant they were trying to be too much like the *best* place in The Lost Lands

(that's Haiban in case you didn't know <3)
