Sorcerous Aid

I noticed that regardless of how many channels of sorcery I have up, the amount I aid a minion doesn't seem to change. Like Thaumaturgy, is it possible for sorcerous aid to scale with how much sorcery you're channelling?

More channels help more, it just isn't obvious as there's no difference in the text.

Edit: But there's a difference in text now depending on how many channels. Enjoy.
