Would it be possible to allow your trance to maintain its current target rather than re-targeting the most recent person to enter the room? I'd hate to accidentally heal someone who walked in the area and it makes tasks a bit clunky with patients coming and going from infirmaries so often. You'll get close to completing a patient and suddenly be switched to another person.
