Elemancer Shop

The University of Elemancy has been expanded ever so slightly, providing access to a shop providing some basic apprentice supplies.

The stock is nowhere near complete, but there is at least a wand and staff to get the apprentice Elemancer started and equipped with a decent weapon (once they can afford them!). The robes don't have any special properties, sorry to say. Some more extraordinary robes and the like may be added later.

Robes should be enchantable.Or the merchants can treat them with potions or something.Potion being made of various ingredients and serving two purposes.1 The treating of robes.2 The poisoning of weapons to add poison damage to the weapons.Similar to flares ye ken?With different strengths for different poisons.

The Elemancers will likely have enchanted and enchantable items such as robes - I just haven't gotten around to coding them up yet.
