Suggestion: Advanced Elemental Severance

Or whatever name would be better. Here's the idea. You would have a passive chance to sever an element of someone using it offensively at you or at least prevent the spell. So kind of like an extra dodge or block against elemental spells I guess. Possibly it would require the debuff I mentioned in the Elemental Detection expansion suggestion, so you would only have a chance for this if you had recently cast elemental detection on someone.

So say I cast elemental detection on my bog wight friend and he gets the 30 second debuff on him. During that 30 seconds, whenever he tries to cast an offensive elemancy spell at me, I have a passive chance to have the Elemental Severance effect on him. The chances could be lower than actually casting Severance but I think it would be useful, enemies who use elemancy can be really dangerous, especially when they combine into things like acid or freezing.
