Parry tactics will now attempt to dodge ranged

If you have your tactics set to 'parry' and are attacked with a ranged attack (ranged attacks cannot be parried), you will now make a dodge attempt at half your dodge potential.

Previously, there was no defense at all, and the ranged attack was a guaranteed hit. Obviously not the design intent.
