Pawnshop sells as well as buys

This was implemented a while ago, but apparently never got announced. Charon's Pawnshop now sells item as well as buys them. Any item sold to the pawnshop will then be available for purchase from the same room via the normal BUY/ORDER verb.
The lore compels me!
