Ranged attacks will automatically attempt to change positions

Previously, if you were in the Engage position and tried to fire a bow or hurl a weapon, you would get the failure messaging "You must move to ranged position first" and nothing else would happen.

To relieve some of the woes of being unable to fire/hurl at point-blank range, you will now automatically attempt to move to Ranged position when attempting to fire a bow or hurl a weapon from the Engage position. If you are currently under attack, you will automatically attempt to break combat engagement and escape to Ranged position, then fire.
