Information includes general guild information, list of abilities, ways to earn promotion points, etc.

It should be available on the wiki.

They should both take you to the same page. Then you can just click on 'guilds' under the section and click the highlighted 'Monastic Order' in the text. There's alot of good info on most of the guilds and some other stuff too.

The Monk Dimmes said that he'll have to talk to his peers and interview me, but I'll have to wait. I'm wondering if you have to wait a length of time like, a day or so to get settled in for an interview...Or does someone else have to interview me? Will Dimmes send me a letter when he's ready?

It's a GM-run interview, so you essentially have to wait for a GM to be available to interview you. I'll try and catch you the next time I see you online.
