Undead fear

Is there anything to train in to keep from being feared by shades and the like? I still get rooted and scared into adjacent rooms by the mournful shades in the Shad mines.

Some guild abilities can reduce the chances (Templar have several), but that's it. This applies to all fear effects, not just those caused by nethrim.
