Reroll Command

I'm not sure how feasible this would be, since some of the rerolls we get are a bit ephemeral, or at the very list only come about situationally and aren't ever-present, but it'd be nice if the REROLL command displayed all of our current rerolls (positive and negative) that we have at a given moment.
