Rope, Climbs and Corpses

If this isn't already a thing and just untested because ropes are inaccessible currently, I think ropes (when they exist) should be able to be tied to corpses to make dragging them easier and make climbs easier while dragging a corpse. Maybe a slight roundtime reduction or energy cost reduction for dragging a corpse that's been tied with a rope.
