Mistral Lake: Vault and Bank - Reclaiming

Is there a specific procedure or anything to do with reclaiming items/riln that were in Mistral Lake? Gave a brief browse, and may have missed something relevant but is it simply an ongoing progress and just kind of wait for "surprise!".
