Now that encumbrance modifies Dodge rerolls instead of the dice, what if the scaling of those rerolls went into the positives if a character was at very low encumbrance?
For example, if 0 rerolls currently sits at 0 when at no encumbrance, why not move the 0 rerolls to 1 or 2 encumbrance so that someone lower than that would gain positive rerolls for being unarmored? (much like how a shield gives you additional rerolls for giving up a hand)
