Shadgard's Hat Store

I know this is probably low priority, but can the hat store in Shadgard make a come back? It was a really neat little place, the associated mechanics aside.

I think Shadgard needs a hat store for sure, but it might be a bit different from the one that existed before. That one seemed a bit too fancy and posh for a Shadgardian shop.
