In the main room, there is mention of a tanning frame and worktable, yet they are unusable.
Description: A sturdy tanning frame and workbench are placed near the front door.

Looking around, you don't see an appropriate tanning frame.
Would also be immensely useful to be able to trade herbs or pelt or meat, etc. to the huntress for tanning solution, which I do not think you can get without visiting a main city. Which is :*( to a survivalist.
Additions to the cabin
Re: Additions to the cabin
Additionally, a way to barter for bandages with the huntress also would prove very helpful.
Re: Additions to the cabin
Bandages and tanning solution are available in the Chapterhouse, as an alternative to cities.
A cheerful jingle intones, "Rithenschmirtz Evil Incorporateeeed!"

Re: Additions to the cabin
Added the frame and workbench, though expect a tanning shed to appear somewhere else at some point - I don't think the huntress wants all these people squatting in her solitary out-of-the-way cabin all the time.
I've wanted to make tanning solution and bandages craftable for a while, I might get on that soon now that this guild is out.

The lore compels me!
Re: Additions to the cabin
Is the huntress not offering herbalism training an oversight or by design?
EDIT: perhaps climbing as well?

Re: Additions to the cabin
Add to that, perhaps knapping. Surprised she doesn't train all those.
