Ammo gathering improvement

The GATHER verb has been improved to automatically bundle gathered ammo with any current bundles on the gatherer.

For instance, if you gather arrows from the ground and you already have arrows in your quiver, you will automatically gather the arrows from the ground and add them to the bundle inside the quiver all at once.

Another improvement: GATHER will now only gather ammo that you yourself have fired. You may still individually get ammo that wasn't fired by you, in case someone left some lying around and you want to get it. Please report any bugs.
