Cryomancy is the ability to channel and manipulate the raw element of cold. Generally, only members of the Rook Parlour will be able to learn cryomancy.
Use the cryomancy command to begin channeling, and cast to cast it raw at a target.
You will not be able to train cryomancy without getting the first rank of it. This can be gained from the Freezing Aura ability.
