Suggestion: Slight improvement to Weapon Focus (Rank 3)

Good evening fellow players and staff.

I noticed that putting 3 points into Weapon Focus: Sword only gave me a 0.6 bonus to my attacks with my sword. I would appreciate it if investing my limited ability points so many times into this ability would round my partial rerolls to a total of 1.0 (0.3 per point, rather than 0.2). We have 0.1 from specializing into melee already.
