No Current Way To Attain Skills?

Is there no current (Nov 1st, 2024) means of acquiring skills/abilities for this guild? Without revealing information, I know of two locations that are said to have training NPCs and both appear to be inaccessible. I've not found any way to start with relevant guild skills and assume there is some sort of initial training needed.

Most of the guilds aren't ready, since the game is in an "early release" state of this version. Clok: Reawakening is using a different enginge/codebase that has to be updated to match the way Clok works (and the changes Rias wants to make). While some of the PCs have limited access to guilds right now, that's only for characters that were already made in Clok (not new PCs), and even then most of the abilities aren't working or learnable right now.
If you haven't already, I'd advise reading this page:

I believe that this thread's original issue is no longer the case - there are a number of new characters who have been inducted into the Parlour and learned skills/abilities, at least those that existed in COGG.
The things still unavailable to new characters are the legacy Rook abilities and skills that didn't have COGG counterparts. From the changelog and things I've seen in-game, I know that at least cryomancy (the skill at any rate), soul retrieval, and command nethrim are functional for legacy characters. Can we get those added to the trainer?
It would also be really nice to have a way to learn the quickchannel abilities. Even in light armor, the 3s open time makes three channels untenable since your drop rate is effectively tripled.

Per the changelog: Rook ability trainers now also offer the following abilities: Command Nethrim, Soul Retrieval, and Cryomancy Channeling
Regarding the Quickchannel abilities, that reminds me that Shewel and I were brainstorming a different way to judge the readiness to train those based on a total of occult skills (Sorcery, Cryomancy, the elemental -mancies, and the like) rather than the Channeling skill, considering how goofy the Channeling skill was. I'll finish that up and implement it!
